Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 3rd December 2019 in Southmead Hospital. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff on 25b for their help, kindness, care & support. Funeral service to take place at South Bristol Crematorium on Monday 23rd December 2019 at 12:00 noon. Flowers welcome, or donations to Cancer Research UK & Southmead Above and Beyond may be made on the day.
